Therapy for Residents of Palo Alto

Welcome!

Welcome to Beverly Leftwich Counseling. I’m so pleased you’re here.

Living with depression or anxiety can make it difficult to see a way forward. You may be struggling through a major life transition or simply feeling stuck, unsure of where to turn for the support you need.

With more than fifteen years of experience, I help individuals navigate these challenges using evidence-based treatments like CBT and DBT.

If you’d like to meet in person, my office is in Menlo Park. I also offer online therapy if that’s a better fit for your needs.

Reach out today for a free consultation, and let’s take the next step toward your healing together.
